At Icon, we specialize in building charity and endorsement programs specifically for each client and operating them from A to Z. We do everything so you can be as involved, or uninvolved, as you would like.

This is just some of what we do:

Charitable Foundations
- Establish non-profit foundations and handle all legal filings.
- Assemble board of directors and coordinate all board meetings.
- Put together unique charitable programs customized to fit your passions and favorite causes. These programs can be local or even global in scope, and will be
formed in order to accomplish genuine good in a way that will make you stand out from your peers.
- Manage the foundation’s finances and tax returns. We employ a financial philosophy that maximizes the impact of each dollar and stresses impacting lives over simply throwing money at a cause.
- Solicit corporate partners and sponsors to raise money and support.
- Coordinate publicity for the foundation, including press conferences and pitching feel-good interviews and stories in the media.
- Operate all foundation programs from hospital visits to building homes to Christmas parties.
- Set up and operate major fundraising events, like golf tournaments, silent auctions or charity dinners.

Endorsement Programs
- Work with client to identify additional earnings goals beyond existing salary and endorsement contracts. These may include cash, as well as amenities (phone, car, cable, power, etc.).
- Propose and negotiate endorsement programs with sponsors in line with client’s goals.
- Work with client and sponsor to develop unique programs to maximize earnings and enhance image and reputation.
- Develop program to maximize the value and earnings potential of client’s merchandise and memorabilia.
- Identify and implement new streams of revenue (personal website, camps, etc. - all of which Icon can operate for you).
- Work with client to open up business relationships and career opportunities in line with client’s post-athletic career.

Raising Your Profile

Icon specializes in building and enhancing your celebrity profile by positioning positive human interest stories with major media outlets.

We work with the media to maintain its focus on the positive influence the client is having on his or her community. In addition to developing and pitching positive stories and interview ideas, we work with the conventional and new media to maximize your community impact and earnings potential. Icon’s goal is to use the media to broaden your star staus beyond sports.

Icon oversees the construction and daily content of your own personal website to raise your profile, allow you to better interact with fans, raise money for your foundation and earn revenue through merchandise sales.
